Zombies have taken over the world and it's up to Tallahassee (Woody Harelson) to find the last box of Twinkies. zombie films can rarely combine comedy and horror (except for the sheer brilliance of 2004's Shaun of the Dead), but Zombieland does it extremely well. The jokes are very well done, the interactions between the charcters is playing against the sterotypes found in survival horror films, and the setup of the story is interesting and very quick to follow. speaking of the story, it's certainly not the best, but i found the journey of the characters more entertaining than thinking about how the story was going to wrap up. A fun, gory mess with zombies.
