Two American tourists tour the English countryside when they are attacked by a large creature: Jack dies, and for David a worse fate. Directed by noted comedy legend John Landis, An American Werewolf in London became a landmark for its' groundbreaking work in Make-up, special effects and combining the horrorific with comedic moments dispersed. One of my favorite moments happens when Jack, becoming more and more decayed and corpse-looking as the film progresses, talks to David about his night activiites and gets an earful from the people he killed the previous night: its creepy and humorous. The soundtrack filled with "Moon" puns, you'll either buy into it or you won't. An enjoyable horror movie with some bite to it.
