A well-made dramedy about Grey (Garner) trying to pick up the pieces after the sudden passing of her finance, Grady. Unable to cope on her own, Grady's best friends Dennis (Jaeger) and Sam (Smith) move in with Gray to help her out during this hard time. Soon, Grey's world is turned upside down with several run-ins with Gray's high school friend Fritz, a smoozing playboy, and sudden revelations about Grady that Grey never knew. The performances are great, especially for relative newcomer/Kevin "Silent Bob" Smith, and the plot handles itself well balancing both the heartbreaking sadness with light hearted comedy.
